Community Advent Service and
Organ Concert December 1, 2002
On December 1, 2002 members of the Jefferson community gathered for a joint  Advent service.  The service included an Organ Concert at St. Paul Lutheran church.

The concert was by Mr. Wayne Wold, the organist for the President of the United States who plays at the Camp David chapel.  Mr. Wold is also the assistant professor of Music at Hood College, and  an accomplished organist and composer. He has over 100 compositions in print.  He has served Lutheran congregations as music minister.   The concert was performed on the newly installed Ahlborn Galanti Organ.

After the concert the community gathered for the community Christmas tree lighting at the corner of 180 and Lander road.  Following the tree lighting the community continued to the community center for refreshments and fellowship.
