On September 21, 2008 at 10:00AM we continued the tradition that we
started back in 1999 of holding
worship service at the Edward Smith Farm on Cherry Lane. The worship service was
attended by over 160 from the Jefferson near by communities. After the
service there were hay rides, a picnic and lots of
fellowship.

Many were dressed for the occasion, including Pastor Katrina (center picture)
who put on the colors of the day.

Mr. Edward and Mr. Vic provided great music during the picnic after worship.

|

|
While Mr. Edward was busy with his guitar, our council president Donald took
charge of the John Deere to provide hay rides.
|
|
|
|
Thanks to all those who again helped make this service
possible. Special thanks to Mr. Edward Smith for the use of his
farm for this worship service.
